1. the hazard sources existing in this post:

1, mixed gas and dust generated during mixing, which are easy to induce occupational diseases;

2, the roll distance of the mill is small, which will cause personal injury;

3, the film temperature is high when the material is issued, personnel may be scalded;

4. Personnel operating in violation of regulations may cause personal injury.

2. Safety Operation Regulations:

1. Before operating the machine, the labor protection articles shall be dressed neatly and the sleeves shall be fastened tightly. No bulk shall be allowed. Masks must be worn.

2, keep the ground clean, no oil or water, so as not to lose the center of gravity and slip.

3. When starting up, attention should be paid to whether the machine part can be started after personnel approach or other abnormal conditions. Each mill cannot be started at the same time. It should be started staggered to prevent power overload.

4. When the power supply is started, the main switch shall drive the motor in sequence, and when the power supply is stopped, the motor shall be operated in the opposite procedure.

5. Before starting the mill, the auxiliary pump of the lubrication system shall be started first. When the lubricating oil circulates normally, it can be started. The starting method is: direct button starting. The motor is automatically switched from the starting phase to the running phase. Do not put materials into the starting phase, otherwise it will overload shutdown.

6. Emergency brake devices and accessories should be checked to ensure their normal functions.

7. Before the normal production shift, check the machine to see if all parts are running normally, whether all operation buttons are in place normally, and whether there is any abnormal sound.

8. During the operation, the position and hands of the operator shall not exceed the rubber plate of the roller barrel, and there shall be no sundries or water marks on the feet to prevent accidents such as slipping and falling during the operation.

9. It is forbidden for personnel to climb on the mill during operation, and do not place their hands above 1/2 of the front height of the roller.

10. Joint the rubber material under the roller. Wait for the rubber material to be fed into the roller before connecting it, so as to prevent the rubber material from rolling down and hurting people.

11. When discharging materials in the mixer, the operator should avoid the front direction of the discharging materials and stand in a safe position on the side to prevent being injured by the rubber materials discharged.

12. During the operation, when gloves, knives and sundries are brought into the rubber material, it is strictly prohibited to stretch out your hand to chase the rubber. The emergency brake should be tightened before treatment.

13. When the tablet press is operated, only one person is allowed to operate on the machine, and multiple people are strictly prohibited to avoid danger.

14. When the gap of the mill becomes wider from narrow, a small piece of rubber should be put in to open the gap to prevent the roller from twisting off.

15. When cutting rubber or setting a knife, the rubber turning personnel shall hold the turning knife tightly, and the other hand shall be more than 10cm away from the knife edge. When cutting, the rubber turning personnel must first lower the knife and then lower the hand to prevent cutting.

16, when the glue turning machine is clamped, the open mill should be shut down properly first, and then the personnel should be away from the turning machine after cutting the roll with a cutter, so that the glue falls down by itself.

17. The rubber shall be free from volatile oil to avoid friction and heat generation during rolling.

18. When the glue sticks to the conveyor belt, it should be stopped before processing. It is forbidden to approach the roller winding point during operation.

19. If the cooling line conveyor belt squeezes glue during operation, the operator is strictly prohibited from pulling the glue by hand during operation, and should stop the machine immediately. When entering the cooling tank to handle the fault, a special person must be assigned to monitor it, and the signal is clear when starting up.

20. When the uphill chain gear is stuck with film teeth, stop the car immediately, and immediately notify other relevant operators of the line and contact the maintenance personnel for handling. The operators are not allowed to disassemble at will to prevent personal injury and damage to equipment.

21. It is strictly forbidden to bring wine to work before operation. The work energy is highly concentrated. Do not let non-operators approach the machinery. Do not laugh, slapstick, chat or doze off during work to avoid distraction.

22. After the work is completed, carefully clean up the machine table and ground sanitation, and strictly implement the shift system.

3. abnormal situation:

. If there is any different cause, abnormal fever or other abnormal situation in each part of the machine, it shall immediately stop the machine and report to the supervisor for handling.

2. When the operator's arm or other parts are clamped, he should immediately press the emergency brake switch (or pull the rope) and shout for help.

3. In case of an accident, the machine should be stopped immediately and the roller distance should be adjusted before the personnel are rescued and sent to the infirmary or hospital outside the factory for rescue according to the degree of injury.
