The dosing method during mixing is divided into two types according to the gum content of the formula: for those with high raw gum content, the compounding agent is added in the middle of the roller, the mixer is opened and the glue extraction and dosing method is adopted to keep a proper amount of accumulated glue between the two rollers; For those with low content of raw rubber, the compounding agent is added at one end by using the glue exchange dosing method. The compounding agent with less amount of mixed rubber and the carbon black with high flying pollution are usually added in the form of master glue or paste.
