Kecheng currently has rich experience in large-diameter single-screw extrusion granulating units from 200mm to 250mm, which mainly meet the high-yield requirements and other special needs of customers.
The two-stage extruder series usually runs the first-stage mixing extruder at high speed to obtain better mixing and higher output. The second-stage extruder of the two-stage extruder series must be a single-screw extruder with a larger diameter capable of running at low speed. Low screw speed can avoid over-shear phenomenon, screw internal cooling system can avoid overheating and strong heat exchange capacity. The functional separation of the two allows the operator to carry out a more flexible and predictable mixing process and temperature control.
